Robinswood House sits inside a quiet, leafy park in Bellevue, and it is one of our favorite places to work as Seattle wedding photographers. The house dates back to 1895. It began as a pioneer homestead, and it still carries that warm, old Northwest feeling. Tall trees, soft lawns and winding paths wrap around the whole property. It feels tucked away from everything, even though the city is only minutes down the road.

Couples fall for Robinswood House because of its gardens. A sunken English garden blooms all summer long. Two roomy patios sit right beside it, so a ceremony can flow straight into cocktail hour without anyone walking far. The outdoor spaces can welcome a big crowd. Inside, the cozy house is great for smaller gatherings, with wood floors, paned windows and a fireplace that makes the rooms feel like home.

This historic venue also sits inside Robinswood Park, which spreads across about 60 acres of green space. A charming log cabana and a little barn add even more character to the grounds. Couples can wander the park for portraits under tall evergreens, along open lawns or beside tidy flower beds. We love that every corner looks a little different. One minute you are standing in a classic garden, and the next you feel like you are deep in the woods.

Aaron and Breanna have known each other since high school. Life took them in different directions for a while, and then they reconnected in their late twenties. This time it stuck! Today they share a sweet little daughter who is two and a half, and their whole world revolves around her. Faith matters to them too. They described their wedding as a garden day with a warm, family oriented feel, which fits this setting so well.

Garden weddings are such a joy for us. Flowers, greenery and soft natural light make every photo feel fresh and alive. We love catching the little moments that happen in between the big ones. A toddler running across the lawn. A grandparent wiping away a happy tear. A couple sneaking a quiet laugh. Those are the photos families look at again and again. Our team keeps things easy and relaxed, so everyone can simply enjoy the day.

Our studio is based in Seattle, but we love traveling all over Washington for couples. Bellevue is just across the lake, so the Eastside is an easy drive for our crew.
