Gabrielle and Nicholas’s story is such a sweet one. They first met while working together in the Nutrition and Food Services department at Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee. From there, their connection grew into something lasting and full of love. After getting engaged, they moved to Charleston, South Carolina to begin a new chapter in their careers and their lives together. They share a love for working out, traveling, concerts, and spending time with the people they care about most. They don’t take life too seriously and enjoy being goofy with each other, which made capturing their day even more fun.
The wedding theme was inspired by Terrace 167 itself—a rustic and industrial blend. Their colors of champagne, taupe, bronze, terracotta, and eucalyptus green gave the entire celebration a cozy and earthy autumn feel. Florals, candles, lanterns, and greenery added warmth without taking away from the natural beauty of the space. The vibe was relaxed, romantic, and full of joy, and you could feel that energy throughout the day. Gabrielle was glowing, Nicholas looked proud and happy, and together they were surrounded by so much love.
We also worked alongside wonderful vendors who made the day come together beautifully. Aggie’s Bakery crafted the cake, DJ Express brought the music to life, and Beauty Unveiled by Tia added their artistry to hair and makeup. Every detail reflected the couple’s vision while keeping the day relaxed and filled with joy.
One of our favourite moments was capturing them laughing and holding each other close, surrounded by all that beauty. Those genuine smiles said it all—this was a day full of love, energy, and celebration. These are the moments we love most about being a wedding photographer.
