St. Petersburg Opera Wedding // Alyxandra & James

Sometimes love quietly begins in the most unexpected ways, and Alyxandra and James’ story is a beautiful reminder of that. We’re so excited to share their St. Petersburg Opera Wedding, held at the elegant Opera Central, a venue that set the perfect stage for an unforgettable celebration. One look at the photos and you’ll immediately see how the historic charm of Opera Central enhanced every moment of this incredible day.

Alyxandra looked radiant thanks to the incredible work of Lindsay Travis Artistry, who beautifully highlighted her natural beauty. From her flowing gown to James’ sharp formalwear, every detail fit their classy, semi-formal vision. Silver and purple—their favorite colors—were woven throughout the décor, from lush floral arrangements to glowing uplighting, creating a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere. Guests enjoyed unique touches inspired by the couple’s shared love of Dungeons & Dragons, which appeared in the wedding favors and even a live-action style game, adding a playful edge without losing the elegance of the evening.

Their story began years earlier when Alyxandra met James through his mother. They bonded over Star Wars, gaming, and eventually joined the same D&D campaign, where a deep friendship blossomed into something more. After four years of shared adventures, James proposed, and now here they were, surrounded by family and close friends, ready to start their next chapter.
