This charming property sits in DeLand, a cute historic town between Orlando and New Smyrna Beach. The main house was built in 1925 in the Italian Renaissance style, with clay tile roofs, grand archways, and original hardwood floors. It feels like a little piece of old world romance in Central Florida.

Outside, the one acre property is full of shade and character. Couples often say their vows under a huge, historic oak tree with mossy branches. Camphor and evergreen trees fill the ceremony lawn, and a tall covered pavilion overlooks the whole space. When the sun goes down, string lights glow over the dinner tables and the night turns magical.

Guests love Villa Festa because it feels private. Every event gets the whole property for their group only. The main villa and a carriage house offer rooms to get ready and even spots to stay overnight. Downtown DeLand is close by too, with places to eat, shop, and celebrate a little longer.
