The Publick House Wedding // Nina & Brian

The Publick House Wedding of Nina and Brian is such a delight to see! The Publick House is one of those venues that just feels like it was made for weddings! With its charming New England character, cozy tavern vibes, and sweeping outdoor spaces, it’s the kind of place that makes every photo feel warm and storybook-worthy. We love photographing weddings here because every corner tells a story—from the historic inn and rustic barns to the romantic gardens that glow beautifully at golden hour. Whether it’s an intimate celebration or a big festive gathering, The Publick House always delivers that perfect mix of timeless charm and effortless joy—and we can’t get enough of it!

The lush greenery of The Publick House framed Nina and Brian’s vows perfectly, adding a touch of natural romance to their already magical day.

The couple’s vision was simple: a fun and celebratory evening surrounded by the people they love most. With light pink, cinnamon brown, and soft blue woven into the details, the day felt effortlessly beautiful. Brian looked so handsome in his cinnamon-colored suit, while the groomsmen and bridesmaids in soft blue brought the perfect touch of coordination to the bridal party. The Borrowed Blossom added to the charm with dreamy florals that paired perfectly with the venue’s timeless character.

Of course, we couldn’t resist capturing every thoughtful detail — from Nina’s sparkling diamond ring and her stunning gown hung in anticipation of the day, to the gorgeous four-tier cake decorated with delicate, hand-drawn floral accents. These little touches added so much personality and sweetness to their celebration.

Later, DJ Madlovem LLC kept the dance floor buzzing all night long, and we loved being right there to capture every spin, dip, and laugh. Their portraits on the patio, tucked beside the tree and greenery of The Publick House, were some of our favorites — timeless, romantic, and true to who they are. We also adored capturing a quiet, heartfelt moment when Nina and Brian shared a heart-to-heart at the reception hall, framed by the tall windows pouring in light, the wide open floor, and the glow of the chandelier lighting above them. It was as magical as it sounds.

If you’re dreaming about your own celebration and want it captured with the same care, we’d love to be part of it. They’ve also got different spaces depending on how many folks you expect: Paige Hall is great for mid-to-large weddings with its post-beam cathedral ceilings and large windows. The Publick House Space Options

One of Publick House’s best features is its flexibility—you can choose from lush outdoor areas or beautifully historic indoor spaces. Outdoors you’ve got options like the Garden Tent (May–October), the Hillside Arbor, the Meadow, and patios & terraces. Indoors, gorgeous spots like Paige Hall with cathedral ceilings, chandeliers, large Palladian or greenhouse windows, and wood-beam ceilings give a warm, elegant vibe. These give couples freedom to pick the mood & setting that matches their style & weather.

The Publick House Lodge

There are multiple lodging options all on or near site: the Historic Inn itself, Chamberlain House, Tillyer House, and the Country Lodge are part of the property.
