How Do I Reserve My Date?
It’s easy. You’ll sign a contract and pay a 50% reservation fee. The rest is due four weeks before the wedding.
Do I Need a Date to Book?
Yes, you’ll need a wedding date in order to book a package.
Is There a Travel Charge?
Travel is free for most weddings! You get 80 miles of free driving. After that, it’s only $1.50/mile, based on the downtown city center address.
Can We Include Multiple Locations?
Yes! There’s no extra charge. For example, we can start at an AirBNB before heading to the venue.
Can I Add Extra Hours?
Yes! You can add extra hour(s) whenever you want, even on your wedding day.
Can I Meet My Photographer or Videographer Before the Wedding?
Yes, your package includes a free virtual planning meeting!

How Long Does It Take to Get the Finished Photos?
We’re very quick. You can expect your edited photos in several weeks!!
Will You Help Us Pose?
Absolutely. We’re experts at “gentle guidance.” We’ll make sure you look great.
Who Is the Lead Photographer?
We have a small hand-picked team of fantastic storytellers. We use the same techniques, camera systems and lenses for a consistent style. We don’t have individual portfolios because we’re extraordinarily consistent. It’s what we’re known for!
How Many Photos Are Included?
We have no limits. Every wedding is unique. In general, you can expect 100 edited images for every hour of coverage. For example, an 8-hour wedding would typically end up with approximately 800 edited photos.
What’s the Difference Between the Different Styles and “Collections”?
You can pick the photography editing style that speaks to you. We’re experts at all of them! The only difference is the color.
Is There a Watermark or Logo?
Nope, there’s no watermark on the full-resolution image downloads.
Can I Print Photos?
Yes! You’ll get a print release with your photography package.
Videography
Can We Pick the Songs?
Yes! We’ll share a library of songs. U.S. Copyright Law says we can only use licensed music. Our library is terrific, although they’re “unknown” artists.
What’s a Highlight Video?
A highlight video is a gorgeous film about 5 minutes that showcases pieces of your wedding day. It includes memorable moments from your entire day, including getting ready, first look, ceremony, vows, toasts, dances and the reception.
What’s a Documentary Film?
A documentary film is a longer version of a highlight video that includes more comprehensive footage. It also includes your entire ceremony from beginning to end and all of the toasts and speeches. If you order a documentary film, you do not need to order a full video of your ceremony and toasts. They’re already included!
What’s a Full Video of the Ceremony and Toasts?
It’s two separate videos: your entire ceremony from start to finish, and your entire toasts from start to finish.
Will the Drone Fly Over the Ceremony?
No, drone footage is intended to be scenic visuals of the general area. We’ll never fly the drone over your ceremony, or interrupt any of your activities.

VIDEOGRAPHY
Highlight Video
Every videography package includes a highlight video (about 5 minutes) that features bits and pieces of your memorable moments. Highlight videos include two songs—you can choose to include spoken words (vows, toasts) or go music‐video style.
Documentary Film (includes full ceremony and toasts)
A documentary film is about 60 minutes and includes your full ceremony, full toasts, and many other important moments from your wedding day, like first look, first dance, and reception, based on your timeline.
Separate Video of Ceremony & Toasts
Instead of a documentary film, some couples prefer a separate video of their ceremony and toasts. This add-on includes your entire ceremony and toasts from start to finish. If you’ve ordered a documentary film, you don’t need this.
Raw Video Footage
You can order the entire library of raw, unedited video footage, which contains every single file from all of your videographer’s cameras and microphones.
Professional Microphones
Your videographer will record your ceremony, vows and toasts using professional wireless microphones.
Choose Your Songs
You can select any two songs for your highlight video. Please be sure to provide a license from the copyright owner! You can also choose songs from our library of music, where we’ve already obtained the license for you.
Choose Your Video Color Style
You can select either the Rustic or Classic video color style.
Free Scenic Drone Footage
Every highlight video includes free scenic drone footage when available. Drones are regulated by the federal government, so your contract includes specific restrictions and rules.
