Once you book, they have a very organized process, including an easy portal that you use to communicate through, and all of their information, tips, and strategy.
They definitely give you direction and assistance, and it was also wonderful working with the coordinators. They were very, very responsive. On the day of our wedding, our videographer and photographer were very prompt and knew exactly what they were doing right away.
They also came with a lot of their own ideas of how they saw their artistry, which I absolutely loved. That was one of the notes I put in, that you guys are the professionals, and I trust you to create the images. When we got our images back, we went with the timeless look, and we absolutely loved it. The colors were so true to life.
