Shraddha and Alex’s story is so sweet. They met in 2019 at a two-week Ethnic Studies training for Seattle Public Schools. Shraddha teaches math, and Alex teaches visual arts. They noticed each other during sessions, and their shared passion for education brought them together. Since then, they’ve built a life full of creativity and love. They enjoy building Legos, exploring restaurants, and spending cozy time with their cat, Fibonacci. Their wedding theme blended Indian and Western traditions, with a ceremony modeled after a traditional Indian wedding. The indoor celebration was filled with warm sunset colors and cool grey accents, reflecting their personalities perfectly.
We loved their idea of making the day a full celebration of who they are. Shraddha and Alex included fun, personal touches like Lego building, drawing, board games, and even streaming their favorite show, Columbo. It was the kind of wedding that truly felt like them relaxed, joyful, and full of personality.
