Pen Ryn Estate houses three unique waterfront venues – Pen Ryn Mansion, Belle Voir Manor, and River’s Edge Garden Pavillion. Serving as an excellent historic landmark for over many years – situated in the heart of Bucks County, with beautiful river vistas, manicured gardens, and architectural elegance. With 30 years of in-house event coordination experience, Pen Ryn Estate has become the premier event venue in the Philadelphia and Bucks County areas. Accomodating about 20,000 guests according to some sources.
Pen Ryn Estate Wedding Prices
Reception in Pen Ryn Estate costs about $7,000 with ceremony prices starting at $1,000. With peak season (April-September) generally costing more than off-peak season (December-March). Amenities like catering, bar services, and event planning can be included. No doubt, this venue might be an ideal venue for a perfect big day. Spring Mill Manor
Situated in the heart of Bucks County, Spring Mill Manor has North and South Wings, each with its own romantic ceremony location, manicured gardens, picturesque fountain pond, exclusive bridal suites, cocktail spaces, offering distinctive charm, modern elegance, with a beautiful grand ballroom, indoor and outdoor ceremony options and meticulously landscaped gardens which are picture perfect.
The fee to rent the venue for a wedding ceremony in the Spring Mill Manor is $600 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A security deposit of $1,000 is required. With no rental fee for reception but there is a guest minimum applied to events. The venue also allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time.
