For Taylor and John, their story made the day even more meaningful. They first connected on Tinder in November of 2019 and started dating a month later. John, originally from Memphis, Tennessee, had served in the Army National Guard as an infantryman. Around the same time, Taylor was finishing college in Wisconsin before joining the Air National Guard as a flight medic. With deployments, schooling, and moving states, life kept them busy, but their love stayed steady. They chose to marry on May 25, 2024, before Taylor’s deployment to the Middle East. By April 2025, she had returned, and the couple settled in Kansas where John began physician assistant school. Their Christian wedding theme reflected their faith, their journey, and the love that brought them here.
