Lauren and Brinton have a story that started with a funny little Tinder message. Just before Lauren’s birthday, Brinton sent four words: “Is Lauren free tonight?” Lauren actually was. Her friend Estelle was staying at her best friend Savanna’s house, so Lauren and Brinton started making plans to meet for drinks in Milwaukee. They first picked Voyager. Then Brinton thought it was closed and sent Lauren his phone number. When Lauren called, he answered, “Hi this is Brinton, is this Lauren?” They changed plans and went to Sugar Maple instead. The funny part was that Voyager was open. Brinton had simply walked up to the wrong establishment. It is the kind of story that feels lighthearted and very them.

The couple also enjoys plenty of everyday moments together. Lauren and Brinton love walking their Pomeranian, Toast, who they describe as the sweetest dog ever. They enjoy being outside, going for jogs, and weight training at PF. Lauren joins Brinton as his guest and still refuses to buy a membership, even though it is affordable. They also love traveling to beautiful places, enjoying home cooked meals, and taking care of their bodies through nutrition. Fresh coffee and wines from around the world are part of what they enjoy together too. Their story has a relaxed and playful feel, and that makes their wedding chapter especially meaningful to document.
