Springdale Station wedding days always feel so full of life. This venue in Austin is one of those places where history and charm meet in the best way. The building was once a train station, and it still carries that spirit of movement and adventure. The tall windows, wide-open spaces, and timeless details make it a dream for wedding photography. Every corner feels warm, welcoming, and full of story. We love how this space can be dressed up or kept simple, but it always feels magical. For us as a professional wedding photographer team, it’s one of those spots that never disappoints.
Sukhwa and Adrian’s story feels like it could be a movie. Once upon a time, a man who had given up all hope and thought about owning a bunch of cats and dying alone met a whirlwind of a person. Her name was Sukhwa. On their very first meeting she asked to see his calves, and it was on. Since then, their days have been full of adventures that only keep getting better. Adrian loves to cook, and Sukhwa loves to eat. Together, they’ve built a rhythm that is simple and joyful. That spirit showed up on their wedding day, a celebration of love and laughter that fits them perfectly.
The theme of their day was both Asian and Western, a blending of traditions that felt personal and true to who they are. It was also about trains, a playful nod to the history of Springdale Station. Their vision was timeless and laid back, with inspiration taken from Phoebe’s wedding in Friends—except indoors. The colors told their own story too: dusty blue, dusty rose, mustard, and rust red. The ceremony took place inside, where the mood felt warm and full of meaning. One of the most special moments came when the couple knelt together during a traditional tea ceremony, sharing a quiet and beautiful connection surrounded by family and friends.
We also loved working alongside such talented vendors. 3 of Cups Events brought the music to life with their DJ band. Lola Beauty ATX created gorgeous hair and makeup looks. Sweet Fountainz Bakery designed a cake that fit the day beautifully. Every piece came together to support the vision while keeping the day fun and stress-free.
As wedding photographers, we believe that moments like these remind us why we love what we do. Our wedding photography packages are built for couples who want their story told with care. Whether you’re looking for a wedding photographer, videographer, or both, we aim to capture every chapter with honesty. You can also see what others have shared in their reviews.
