Their journey began in 2022 when they commissioned into the Navy in Rhode Island. Despite meeting across the country, they shared the same roots, both born and raised in Pierce County. For the first year and a half, they managed a long-distance relationship while McKenna attended physical therapy school. Eventually, both were stationed in Southern California, where Jordan proposed and they began planning their dream wedding. About a week after saying “I do,” they’ll start their next adventure together, moving overseas to Guam for their first duty station as a married couple.
For their wedding, the couple chose a minimalistic rustic theme that perfectly complemented the venue’s charm. Their ceremony took place inside Knutson Farms’ glass greenhouse, with light streaming through and flower fields in full bloom surrounding the space. It was intimate, romantic, and uniquely them.
