Flint Hill Fire Department
The Flint Hill Fire Department FHFD is a combined department part-time paid, full-time paid and volunteer members. FHFD offers fire protection and rescue services in a 15.4 square mile special tax district in northern York County SC. The district is home to roughly 30,000 residents and more than 1,000 businesses in a rapidly growing unincorporated area of Fort Mill township. The district is bordered on the north by Charlotte, NC, on the east by Pineville, NC and Lancaster County, SC, on the South by Fort Mill, SC and on the west by Tega Cay, SC. There are more than 50 subdivisions in her fire district.
Services offered by the department are; fire suppression, emergency medical first responder, fire prevention, public fire education, hazardous materials response, extrication, and rescue.
